This album is a delight, but, it’s a grower. The first time I heard it, I thought it was shit, but I persisted and started to really appreciate it.
This isn’t close to being my favourite Emarosa album—Relativity wins that, hands-down. I do really prefer Bradley Walden as the vocalist for this more pop-like style they have now, though. He’s just much more suited than Jonny Craig for it. Well that, and Jonny Craig is an insufferable bellend.
